Every year, Pine Castle’s Community Employment Program helps dozens of participants secure fulfilling jobs in the area. 90% of our placements end up working more than 20 hours per week at their jobs, and 100% of them earn more than the minimum wage.
Our comprehensive supported employment services include:
- job development
- application/interview support
- workplace accessibility and adaptation
- on-the-job skills training
- regular follow-up
Some of our past job placements have been with companies such as Sam’s Club, PETCO, Firehouse Subs, Medical Management Resources, McDonald’s, St. Luke’s Hospital, Holiday Inn, CiCi’s Pizza, Winn-Dixie, Publix, Jaguars Players Cafeteria, the Marriott and many others.
