Looking for workers who can do the job right? Tired of waiting for qualified applicants to call? By utilizing the resources and talent from our Community Employment program, we’re pleased to offer First Coast companies a free staffing/placement service.

At no cost to you, Pine Castle will:

  1. Pre-screen the applicants
  2. Recommend candidates whose skills and strengths best match your needs (you control all hiring decisions)
  3. Provide your new hires with on-site training support
  4. Supervise and provide long-term consultation to the employees

It’s truly a win-win situation. And by using this free service to fill your employment needs you may also qualify for special tax credits and government incentives (more information).
